SUBMITTING A REBATE

  • Step 1: Select “Submit a Rebate”.
  • Step 2: Find the rebate you want and select it.
  • Step 3: Read and accept the terms and conditions, taking note of the photos/images you will need to attach as your proof of purchase. (Eg. Receipt, Box Flap, UPC)
  • Step 4: Enter all the required information.
  • Step 5: Attach/upload images/photos of the proofs of purchase outlined in the terms and conditions. Be careful to adhere to the limits and requirements that are outlined on the page.
  • Step 6: Review the summary of the information you provided. Please make any changes prior to clicking the submit button.
  • Step 7: Print a copy of the summary page with your information, Claim ID, and the terms and conditions for the offer.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

A purchase period has a start date and an end date. You must purchase the product within the specific period of time outlined in the terms and conditions.

You must submit your request by the received/submitted on or before date outlined in the terms and conditions. If you are mailing your rebate submission, you must do so at least 7 to 10 days before the submission deadline.

The terms and conditions will specify the exact product, size, model, color or flavor. Some terms and conditions will detail the acceptable UPC(s).

Most offers require the purchase of a specific product during a specific time period. A standard proof of purchase may be the dated sales receipt and/or the Universal Product Code (UPC) found on every product.

This may include part of the product package, product seal, previous product that is being upgraded. Check the terms and conditions to identify what specific proof of purchase you will require to qualify for the rebate.

You may be required to circle the participating item(s) on the receipt. Depending on the size of your receipt, you may find it necessary to scan or take more than one image/photo of your receipt. Start at the top of your receipt, section into multiple overlapping images until you have the entire receipt and all the information. The image/photo of your receipt must be clear and readable.

Some offers are limited to specific retailers, regions or countries. If no reference is made in the Terms and Conditions to a specific location, then the promotion is available to any consumer who has purchased the product.

There may be limits to the number of rebates or dollar value you may receive for each offer. Check the Terms and Conditions to be sure that you have not exceeded the maximum number or amount indicated.

You will need to check the Terms and Conditions for your rebate. Some promotions require that you sent in the ORIGINAL proof of purchase for the sponsoring product and or form. If there is no such statement, then you may send a photocopy of the items requested.

SUBMISSION STATUS

Please go to the Contact Us page and complete the entire form. (include the details of the situation including proper spelling) A representative will contact you within 2-3 business days and direct you on how you should proceed.

In case you need to follow-up on the status of your rebate, please be sure to keep a record of your rebate claim including the date submitted, copies of your proofs of purchase, and if you submitted online, your Claim ID number. You can go to the “Track My Offer” page or the “Contact Us” page on this site to get more details.

INVALID SUBMISSIONS

You may be able to correct and resubmit for your offer, but it will depend upon the reason that your submission was declined and the submission deadline. Please review the email or the letter that was sent to you explaining the reason why we were unable to approve your request, and if available, details on how you can submit again.

  • Part of receipt missing: Please make sure that the scanned image/photo of your receipt you attached is clear and contains all the information for the entire receipt. It may be necessary for you to scan or take more than one image/photo of your receipt. Start at the top of your receipt, section into multiple overlapping images until you have the entire receipt and all the information.
  • Receipt not legible: We were unable to read and distinguish the required information as the receipt you attached was not clear.
  • Receipt not included: You did not attach a receipt. The attachment should be the entire receipt ensuring that all information is clear and readable.
  • Purchases not on one receipt: The required purchases were not made at the same time and detailed on one receipt as outlined in the terms and conditions of the offer.
  • No valid purchase on receipt: The receipt provided did not show the purchase of the participating product(s) as outlined in the terms and conditions of the offer.
  • Purchase date not valid: The receipt you attached contained a purchase date that was not within the specified purchase period as outlined in the terms and conditions of the offer.
  • Receipt not dated: The receipt you attached did not contain a purchase date.

  • UPC(s) not legible: We were unable to clearly identify the UPC code on the attachment you submitted.
  • UPC(s) not included: You did not attach the required UPC(s) from the participating product(s) as outlined in the terms and conditions of the offer.
  • UPC(s) invalid: The UPC(s) you attached were not from the participating product(s) as outlined in the terms and conditions.

  • No proof of purchase: The required proofs of purchase as outlined in the terms and conditions of the offer were not attached with your submission.
  • Duplicate request: We identified a duplicate of your request in our files. Please review the terms and conditions of the specific offer for more information on the limitations of the offer.
