BRAVECTO® ONLINE REBATE OFFER

Save $30 per dog when purchasing 1 dose of BRAVECTO® QUANTUM between January 1st, 2026 and December 31st, 2026. Save up to $30 per pet for doses of BRAVECTO® Chewable tablet or Topical Solution purchased between January 1st 2026 and December 31st 2026.

The online rebate offer applies to the purchase of 2, 3 or 4 doses of BRAVECTO® per pet OR 1 dose of BRAVECTO® QUANTUM per dog, for up to 3 dogs and 3 cats per household (maximum total rebate of $180 for a household with 3 dogs and 3 cats). Rebate levels are based on the number of doses of the same product per pet or 1 dose of BRAVECTO® QUANTUM.

Online rebate requests must be received by us no later than January 31st, 2027, 11:59:59 PM EST.

WITH EACH PURCHASE OF: 
With the purchase of 2 BRAVECTO® Chewable tablet or Topical Solution per pet, the consumer (pet owner) will obtain a $10 direct e-transfer or; 
With the purchase of 3 BRAVECTO® Chewable tablet or Topical Solution per pet, the consumer (pet owner) will obtain a $15 direct e-transfer or; 
With the purchase of 4 BRAVECTO® Chewable tablet or Topical Solution per pet, the consumer (pet owner) will obtain a $30 direct e-transfer or; 
1 dose of BRAVECTO® QUANTUM per dog, the consumer (pet owner) will obtain a $30 direct e-transfer.

PLEASE NOTE:  Offer applies to BRAVECTO® Chewable Tablet,  BRAVECTO® Topical Solution and BRAVECTO® QUANTUM.  BRAVECTO® ONE and VITRECTO® are excluded from this offer.  Rebate levels are based on the number of doses of the same product. Doses of BRAVECTO® for dogs, BRAVECTO® for cats and a dose of BRAVECTO® QUANTUM are counted separately and cannot be added together when determining rebate amounts.  For example, if you purchase 2 doses each of BRAVECTO® for dogs and BRAVECTO® for cats, your rebate would be $20 ($10 for each 2-dose purchases).  The purchase of 4 doses of the same BRAVECTO® product OR 1 dose of BRAVECTO® QUANTUM is required to qualify for a $30 rebate.  This rebate can only be claimed online, no mail in requests will be accepted.

Not valid with any other offer.  Valid in Canada only.  Void where prohibited by law.  Valid for purchases made between January 1st, 2026 and December 31st, 2026.  Online rebate requests must be received by us no later than January 31st, 2027.  A portion of the rebate is the amount on account of applicable sales tax.  For inquiries related to your submission, please contact 1-855-532-1383.  Please allow 2-5 weeks to receive your rebate in the form of an Interac e-Transfer sent directly to you by email.

To submit online:  Complete the official online form on the next page, upload a picture or scanned image of the entire original dated sales receipt from your veterinary clinic.  If the receipt is too long to capture in one picture or scanned image, you may upload more than one attachment.

Before uploading your receipt image: 
- Be sure to include a full dated receipt including the Veterinary Clinic's name. Circle the purchase price, the number of doses of BRAVECTO® or the dose of BRAVECTO® QUANTUM and the name(s) of the pet(s).  Keep a copy of your submission page and sales receipts for your records.  
- Transaction record receipts will not be accepted on their own. 
- If including a transaction record receipt, be sure it does not cover any part of the receipt. 
- All receipts must be submitted together for the rebate.  Receipts will not be added to a request after submitted.

If all of the above information is not included in your rebate request, and received by us no later than January 31st, 2027, your rebate request may be denied.
