Offer valid on purchases made between January 1, 2025 to April 30, 2025, to Quebec residents only.

Purchase any one (1) COLD-FX product (45 count or larger) and receive a rebate for the purchase price (including taxes) for up to $33.00 by mail.

Limit of one (1) rebate per individual. To receive your rebate cheque by mail, complete the official Online Rebate Form, upload a picture of the original dated, detailed sales receipt from where you purchased one (1) COLD FX product (45 count or larger) with the purchase price circled, and the Universal Product Code (UPC) handwritten on the receipt. Purchases must be made at participating retailers and authorized dealers. No late submissions will be honoured or acknowledged. Bausch + Lomb Corporation will not be responsible for claims lost, damaged, misdirected or delayed in the mail. Rebate not applicable to returned products.
