Purchase any size bag or case of cans of any Canine or Feline Purina® Pro Plan Veterinary Diets® or Purina® Pro Plan Veterinary Diets® essentialcare® formulas and Purina® Pro Plan Veterinary Diets® will reimburse you with $20 off your purchase.

Complete the following steps to claim your rebate: 
1. Purchase one (1) bag or full case of cans of any Canine or Feline Purina® Pro Plan Veterinary Diets® formulas from your veterinarian between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. 
2. Use the QR code or visit the site below to access the online rebate portal:  https://www.promo-trak.com/Default.aspx?cn=proplanveterinarydiets 
3. Please upload a picture of the original dated receipt with the qualifying purchase circled. 
4. Upload the Universal Product Code (UPC) found on your purchased product. 
5. Online rebate requests must be made no later than 30 days after purchase date. 
6. Keep copies of all submitted materials for your records. 
7. Once the request is received (with all required rebate criteria) and processed, a rebate cheque for $20 will be mailed within 6 to 8 weeks.

Terms and Conditions: 
TO THE CONSUMER:  Offer valid with the purchase of any size bag or case of Canine or Feline Purina® Pro Plan Veterinary Diets® formulas.  Purchase must be made from a veterinary clinic in Canada (excludes online, in clinic only).  Offer void if original purchase receipt is missing.  Submissions from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honoured.  Rebate will not be mailed to a PO box and will only be mailed to a Canadian address. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.

VALID ONLY IN CANADA WHERE IT DOES NOT CONFLICT WITH APPLICABLE LAWS. Rebate offer void if altered, transferred, copied or reproduced without authorization.
