1. Purchase one (1) bag or full case of cans of any Purina® Pro Plan Veterinary Diets® EN Gastroenteric® formula from your veterinarian or online clinic store between September 15, 2026 and December 31, 2026 
2. Use the QR code or visit the site below to access the online rebate portal:  https://www.promo-trak.com/Default.aspx?cn=proplanveterinarydiets 
3. Please upload a picture of the original dated receipt with the qualifying purchase circled. 
4. Upload the Universal Product Code (UPC) found on your purchased product. 
5. Valid for purchases made between September 15, 2026 and December 31, 2026. 
6. Online rebate requests must be made no later than 30 days after purchase date. 
7. Keep copies of all submitted materials for your records.

Purchase must be made from a veterinary clinic in Canada or Canadian online clinic store.  Offer void if original purchase receipt is missing.  Submissions from groups, clubs or organizations will not be honoured.  Rebate will not be mailed to a PO box and will only be mailed to a Canadian address or issued via interac e-transfer.  Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
