Valid on all Waterpik Water Flosser and Complete Care Models Over $55 CAN retail (excluding Sonic-Fusion models).  Rebate not valid on individual Power Toothbrushes or Power Flossers.

To receive your rebate cheque:  
Provide your name, address, phone number and email address via mail-in or submit Online:  www.waterpik.ca/rebate 
Provide Original Sales Receipt:  Circle the Waterpik Product Purchased, Purchase Date, and Purchase Price. 
Cut out UPC (purchase seal) from Box.

Items must be received by January 31, 2026.  Limit four rebates per household.  Cannot be used in combination with other offers.  Offer valid from 1/1/2025 - 12/31/2025.  Valid for retail or professional purchases in Canada and possessions.  Void where prohibited by law.  Please allow 8 - 10 weeks for delivery.
