Purchase any one (1) "Participating Product" and receive up to $10.99 to cover the cost of the product, and taxes, by mail.  Limit one (1) rebate per individual, family or household.  To receive your rebate by mail, complete the Official Rebate Form, attach the dated, detailed sales receipt from where you purchased one (1) "Participating Product" with the purchase price circled, and the Universal Product Code (UPC) handwritten on the receipt.

Purchases must be made between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.  All requests for rebates must be received on or before January 31, 2024.
