Purchase any one "Participating Product" and if you are not completely satisfied you may receive a refund for the purchase price, plus taxes and, if applicable, first class postage to a maximum of $27.00.  Your refund request, including the original dated receipt must be received (submit by mail or online) within 60 days of the purchase date.  Limit of one (1) refund per name, household or address.


- Purchase any one (1) "Participating Product".
- Circle the purchase price of the "Participating Product" and the purchase date on the original, store-identified and itemized sales receipt.
- Refund request must be received within 60 days of the purchase date on the sales receipt.
- No PO Box addresses, only street or rural address are acceptable. Use of multiple addresses to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution. Multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned.
- Offer valid for Canadian residents only. No submissions will be accepted from retailers, clubs, groups, organizations, wholesalers or contractors. This offer, extended to consumers, requires that the purchase be made by the person receiving the offer.
- This offer may not be published in any other location or refund publication without the written permission of the "Client Name".
- Allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of cheque.

To submit online: Complete the official online form and, on the next page, upload a picture or scanned image of the entire original sales receipt. If the receipt is too long to capture in one picture or scanned image, you may upload more than one attachment.
